GeLai is the Post Natal Recovery period of four (4) weeks (or one (1) whole month) wherein the new mom is expected to heal & rest to return to her pre-pregnancy state. She receives special care through dishes & drinks to help her rebuild her energy, replenish lost nutrients and help her produce quality breastmilk.
