Shipping & Delivery
At KIDOOZI, we're committed to ship your products as quickly as possible, because we know how important it is that your orders arrive on time and in good condition.
Once payment is cleared, we aim to deliver your order within 2 to 4 business days in Metro Manila, and 5 to 14 business days outside Metro Manila.
Shipping fees will automatically be calculated upon checkout, and are based on the total volumetric weight of your order.
For Metro Manila, shipping is a flat fee of P150 for Standard/Non-Bulky items, P500 for Bulky items, and P750 for Super Bulky items.
For Luzon (excluding NCR, Batangas and Luzon Islands), shipping is a flat fee of P250 for Standard/Non-Bulky items, P1,000 for Bulky items, and P2,000 for Super Bulky items.
For Visayas, Batangas, and Luzon Islands, shipping is a flat fee of P300 for Standard/Non-Bulky items, P1,500 for Bulky items, and P2,500 for Super Bulky items.
For Mindanao, shipping is a flat fee of P400 for Standard/Non-Bulky items, P2,000 for Bulky items, and P3,500 for Super Bulky items.

We will deliver your order via our in-house fleet or any of our partner couriers such as LBC, Grab, or AP Cargo.
Orders
Regrettably, once payments are processed, we are typically unable to make changes or cancellations. However, please contact us at hello@kidoozi.com as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do.
We always aim for make sure our customers are satisfied with their orders. However, if you do need to return an item due to a valid reason (i.e., quality issue, incorrect item shipped, wrong size), kindly email hello@kidoozi.com within 7 calendar days and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that all return requests are still subject to quality assessment and final approval.
To return an item, please email hello@kidoozi.com outlining the reason for return within 7 calendar days of order receipt, with attached photos or videos of the item/s. Once we confirm that your return request is acceptable, we shall provide instructions for return.
Please note that all returns are still subject to final quality assessment. Items that do not pass the quality check will be sent back to the customer. Once the item has been evaluated and is eligible for return, we will issue your refund in the original manner of payment.
Please note that some products are not eligible for return or replacement, such as:
Diapers, wipes, potty training items
Breast pumps
Bottles and feeding products
Hygiene products, unless sealed
Books, unless sealed
Items that are not in original condition and packaging
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or showing evident signs of wear and tear
Items that have been assembled, used, altered or installed, unless defective
Items that were sealed and require their hygienic levels to be intact from the manufacturer

Making a payment is secure and simple. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfer.
All payment options are displayed upon checkout.
We're sorry, but we don't accept Cash on Delivery (COD) payments at the moment.
