GeLai™ is a postnatal recovery period lasting four weeks, during which a new mother is encouraged to rest and heal as her body transitions back to its pre-pregnancy state. During this time, she receives special care through nourishing dishes & drinks inspired by the Chinese tradition of Post-Natal Healing.
